February 2026: Start of production of our second Promotion in Corbera de Llobregat
In February, the manufacturing of the modules for the first three homes of our second development, located in Corbera de Llobregat, began. This new project includes a total of 11 homes, reinforcing our commitment to industrialized construction as an efficient and high-quality solution.

December 2025: Assembly of the final apartments in the Olesa Promotion
During the month of December, the assembly of the last apartments of the Olesa Promotion was completed, achieving a key milestone in the development of the project. In total, the promotion has included the installation of 95 modules: 72 housing modules, 18 roof modules, 4 stair modules, and 1 module designated for a technical room on the roof.

February 6, 2025: Inauguration of work in Olesa de Montserrat
The Minister of Territory, Housing, and Ecological Transition visited the construction site in Olesa de Montserrat and our factory in Massanes.
January 2025: Assembly of the first apartments at the Olesa Development
On Tuesday, January 28, the assembly of the first 4 floors began. The assembly lasted 3 days with the installation of 12 modules that make up 4 floors of 48m2, their roof, and the first 2 sections of the staircase.
